What is a Prusik?
How do you make one?
How to tie the prusik hitch?
When would I use this knot?
Glad you asked, because Susan, Brendon and I are teaching you how to apply the prusik knot and use it in an outdoor application.
A Prusik /ˈprʌsɪk/ (PRUH-sik) is a friction hitch or knot used to attach a loop of cord around a rope, applied in climbing, canyoneering, mountaineering, caving, rope rescue, ziplining, and by arborists.
