Trek and Travel sponsoring the UTS OAC!

Welcome to the UTS (University of Technology, Sydney) Outdoor Adventure Club website. This is where the action starts and finishes - but everything else happens outside!

The latest OAC Monthly Newsletter Edition 126 has just rolled hot off the press. Simply Click Here for all the latest club trip info, articles and trip reviews.

This is the 16th year the OAC has been around - it's a very big club with a huge variety of activities, so
joining for the relatively small feeis a decision you won't regret.

For those who have the energy and time, why not consider making the next move in your outdoor adventures, and becoming a UTSOAC Trip Leader. Just contact a club exectutive to discuss.

A lot of people have been asking about the club, what we do, why they should join - and here are a few points:
- There are over 100 club trips each year for all skill levels
- We run a variety of activities in the outdoors
- Most of the required gear is provided free for club members
- We know where the coolest places in Australia are
- It's bloody cheap to join!
The OAC is a volunteer run club, affiliated with, but not exclusive to, the
University of Technology. Sydney's only inner-city University. Our mandate is to get students and city dwellers as far from those sky-scrapers as possible. Anyone can join, and if you're keen - we welcome as much help as we can get. This club runs on enthusiasm and good karma alone.

What ever your interests are - make sure you keep your eye on the activities, as trips are posted every day and fill up fast. Get out there!

In case you have any trouble with the website: please first try really hard to make it work, we are all volunteers with little time, so don’t send us an email if you can find the answer elsewhere. If you didn’t manage to solve a technical problem, please contact Webmaster enquiries.

For all other inquiries, General enquiriesbut similarly, please make sure that the answer can not be found elsewhere. To join, click “Join Club” above you, everything is explained there. To join a trip, please click on “Activities”.
